Formally educated in Paris at Sorbonne University and Ecole Polytechnique, Michel possesses a diversity of creative skills, including hands-on sales/marketing, publishing, event planning and producing. Shortly after moving to New York, Michel founded and published Accents on Hair, an upscale bilingual beauty industry publication distributed in 30 states and 10 countries. Michel’s first edition was a noted success, selling 30,000 copies within one month of inception.

When the 9-11 catastrophes rendered his building unoccupied for seven months, Michel felt that it was also time to switch gears as the print media was drastically downsizing. In 2004, Michel founded International Event and Media Consulting a micro investment company branching into the event, video, publishing, and marketing industries. IEMC was renamed VSN Media to focus exclusively on the beauty, fashion, and wellness market. VSN Media produces content in the area of documentary, reality TV series, commercials embracing cutting edge technologies.


For almost two decades, Jenean Atwood Baynes has work in multiple facets of the industry’s ecosystem from major studios and production companies to talent agencies and organizations that produce markets and conferences for content buyers, sellers and distributors both domestically and internationally.

Under her own shingle, PH10 Creative Consulting, she pursues what she does best: helping writers and content creators fine tune their projects and make valuable industry connections. In this capacity, she also works as an independent contractor for major industry entities such as NAB and NATPE overseeing special events, program development, and onsite show management.

Jenean is also a published author and a judge for The PAGE Awards - Hollywood’s most highly acclaimed screenwriting contest committed to helping talented new screenwriters get discovered. To date, over 120 PAGE Award Winners have optioned or sold their winning scripts and 77 have movies and television shows in production, on the air and in theaters. Previous winners have written: Flash, Bones, Forever, The Mentalist, Red Band name a few!

In her new capacity, Jenean oversees all aspects of VSN Studio which includes programming, production and content development globally.

Howard holds a B.A in Mass Communications Radio/Television, minor in theater from Shaw University in Raleigh, NC. He is also a noble member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Howard is the director, cameraman and non-linear editor of Urban Expressions a billboard music video show that aired for over a decade on WGTW TV 48, now on WYBE-TV 35 in Philadelphia. As the Director of Production, Howard brings a multi-faceted hands on experience to the position. He is responsible for content acquisition, content development and on-going branding of VSN.

As a former program host for QVC for almost a decade, Albany has presented over 3,500 live, unscripted hours of direct television sales to captivate, educate and persuade audiences by establishing sales strategies through product-centered storytelling.


With more than two decades of experience in the area of sales, marketing, and brand strategy, Albany is well-versed in product development, brand authentication & product marketing, demonstrating an exceptional aptitude for B2C and B2B sales. Her engaging content created across multiple platforms has resulted in sales exceeding $2Billion  in electronic, fitness, home, fashion and beauty products.


Albany is a sought-after keynote speaker and has made numerous appearances on well-known TV shows such as ABC’s The View, Fox News QVC at Fashion Week, Yahoo Finance and Extra.


Prior to QVC, Albany hosted over 500 events and media tours as a brand strategist. She has traveled extensively in Europe and the USA as a spokesperson for clients such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Direct TV, Verizon to name a few.

As a marketer, Nat Remy works with brands to manage their social media presence and execute marketing strategies. Remy has worked on campaigns that represented brands such as Boost Mobile, California Philharmonic, Chase Bank, Kellogg’s, Microsoft, NATPE, Sprint, and Southwest Airlines. Working with such in-demand brands has helped her gain the competency necessary to plan and execute solutions for any campaign.


Whether in a start-up environment or a high-growth organization, Nat Remy has a proven track record of consistently driving initiatives to meet brand goals. Remy’s professional background includes a blend of various industries ranging from public relations, experiential marketing, staffing, and event management. As the Brand & Marketing Strategist at VSN Media, Remy spearheads all internal and client strategic marketing initiatives.

Director of Sales

Brian is a career marketing and integrated media professional working with media brands in the development and management of solutions for revenue growth.

Brian was a founding partner in the creation of the longest running free form radio station, and four-time Billboard Radio Station of the Year, WFMU, serving the New York metropolitan area while earning a BA in Economics Upsala College.

Brian did graduate study in communications management at Emerson College in Boston, with side jobs in both radio and TV production at WHDH and WLVI, and subsequent national sales and general management roles in the Minneapolis, Dallas, Chicago and San Francisco offices representing media brands like ABC and CBS Radio, Clear Channel Communications and iHeart Radio.

With the rapid expansion of the interactive media channel Brian launched the first interactive TV advertising network in Northern California, Baylinx Networks, offering local advertisers a direct alternative to Comcast cable’s spot advertising business.

Today, Brian is the Director and Managing Partner of the Trillium Group US, which serves as a new business development partner for VSN Media, an innovator in the integrated delivery of beauty, fashion and lifestyle programming to global audiences


Since 2011, Althea handles contracts, civil litigation, collection, appeals in regards to VSN various business interests. Althea is a senior partner of Bennett, Kuhlmann, Walker law firm.


As an educator (former assistant dean at Drexel University) and over 40 years of business experience Joe provides counsel on VSN international development projects. Joe himself is an avid explorer and has traveled extensively in more than 40 countries.
